Wind and Flicking

I fly and sometimes the camera on the gimbal keeps flicking to the left. I assume this is because of the wind at the higher altitudes although it sometimes happens lower. This is frustrating when I have good camera angles and have to keep cutting out clips in processing. I thought about fixing a physical stop in some way so that the rest of the camera movement is not affected but want to know if others have the same problem and if they have a solution before I go taping bits of plastic to my phantom.
Suggestions and experiences welcome.

Change the dampers to the softest ones.
