Will the H3-3D work with Firmware 1.08 or will I be required to upgrade to a higher version of firmware?

Am hestitant to upgrade firmware for many reasons, basically the P2 flys perfectly now.

It works fine. I downgraded to 1.08 and have the H3-3D. No issues.

Thanks, do you have the issue of when turning the legs of the P2 become visible for a second, something about the new axis movement allowing the camera to "aim" at the leg briefly when turning?

I have always had that issue, old and new firmware. Any quick L/R maneuver, especially in wind (and you'd be surprised how windy it can be just 100' up) can cause that. A gimbal extension and wider legs help alleviate that.

Thanks, sad because the two axis gimbal never had the issue, seems like something that can be remedied, time will tell.

It is not an issue when you move slowly on that axis unless it is very windy. That applies to 1.08 anyway, don't know about later versions.

If you film in 2.7K you can trim the sides later down to 1080.
