I have a phantom fc40 and a p2v+ antenna kit from fpvlr which includes 5.8 circular polarized helix antenna that the vision guys use for transmitter/controls. It is left hand circular polarized as well.
My question is whether this will help or hurt my distance, since I still have the stock antennas on the Phantom itself. I read that the Phantom 2 vision has circular polarized antennas on the Phantom legs from the factory. Is this true? Is it the same for fc40? Thanks in advance
