I'd love to be able to fly the BMPCC on my Phantom (or F450/F550). Is there a reliable gimbal for it?

But you will need a bigger platform than even a 550 for this though. The camera is quite heavy, as are some of the lenses and add in the weight of the gimbal and you will struggle to get airborne, let alone have anything approaching a decent flight time.

You could run just the camera without the gimbal, but would you really want to?

I've seen lots of people flying them under the big boys. Never on anything as small as a phantom or 450 though..... I agree it would probably even be a strain on the 550. A lot of it will depend on your lense.
