Samsung galaxy tab E lite has wifi, and (kitkat). Not sure what kit Kat is?

It's the Android operating system version.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab E is not supported by DJI, but some people are using it with DJI GO. You'll need a tablet mount for your P3S remote controller since it cannot hold a tablet as-is out of the box. If you haven't installed a mount yet, you can find some mounting options here and here.
