What are you asking? About the antenna, on the drone itself or the one in the wifi extender. Both have two antenna for each function, control and wifi.

Ragged, no it cannot effect any of the control of the Phantom flight controls. Only the camera, telementry data or video feed. They are separate and on different frequencies.

...unless, of course, you do something odd, like attach a windsurfer antenna to your drone.

Windsurfer will help to extend range, won't effect a cross between the two.
The wifi is 2.4 ghz on a different frequency than the controller at 5.8 ghz. Never the twin shall they cross.
