Wi fi problems

    Greetings.

    Info:

    Phantom Vision 2 -

    Full battery.

    Camera on.

    Wifi extender fully charged.

    iPhone fully charged.

    Latest DJI updated today.

    Unable to connect to camera.

    And this I have 2 wifi extenders and neither will connect.

    Any thoughts?

    I've heard of this with others as well and was hoping to see some advice posted here just in case I ever experience this.

    It seems guys I've talked with say when everything is running properly, the wifi or satillite signal keeps dropping causing a loss of camera usage. Maybe just recalibrating the compass and GPS will do it.

    If anyone on here knows what causes this, let us all know so we can be prepared for it.

    My brand new Phantom 2 Vision has problems with very limited WiFi range too, and I wondered if it was a problem with the binding between the WiFi Range Extender and the Phantom 2 Vision.

    I tried re-binding using this procedure: http://wiki.dji.com/en/index.php/Ph...der#How_to_Bind_the_Camera_.26_Range_Extender

    (you will need your original retail box to scan the QR code for binding)

    but I haven't been able to verify if it's a fix or not due to bad weather here and dark evenings. I will test again on the weekend.
