I have a DJI battery that isn’t read by the assistant software. It’s just blank. When I use this full battery I cannot connect to Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi works great with my second DJI battery that, by the way, can be read by the assistant software.

    What is going on?

Sounds like a bad battery. How many cicles has that battery had?. If not a lot, I would claim a replcement with dji.

The battery only has about 10 charge cycles on it but I can’t imagine how a battery somehow disrupts the Wi-Fi signal.

I can't understand either. However the fact that your wifi works fine with the other battery proofs in a way the battery has to be the problem! .... not?
