Why not be purchasing a product never DJI

I purchased my first product DJI, a P3A, after reading the online features.
I flew in May 2015 without any problem, then one day in July windless
The P3A not fly behind a small hill when the radio signal is missing completely,
at this point the P3A has gone slamming on a large boulder stone soft Calcarea.
No obvious damage if not some broken propellers.
I continued to fly until September, when after seeing the images shot using the USB cable of P3A and the TV, I turned off the drone cycled since then the gimball always gets back to the rest position, which uses the same when the P3A is used to view images.
I wrote the Dji assistance Europe and I sent the P3A through my dealer.
THEN WITH GREAT AMAZING I RECEIVED AN ESTIMATE OF REPAIR FOR NEARLY 700 EURO, but I wonder are going crazy, DEAR DJI what you are selling,
I attach the photos I sent my shopkeeper, if you assessed the damage caused by a fall from less than seven meters and with minimum speed CAN 'HAVE CAUSED SUCH DAMAGES, AND THEN WAS NOT SEND ME A CORRECT MOTIVATION FOR THE REASON FOR NOT inform me VALIDITY 'OF WARRANTY ???????

I don't understand, you crashed your drone? Crashing is not a warranty issue. Also, the damage to the gimbal platform is a quick, cheap fix. You should have some spare plastic pins to the box to reattach the gimbal to the platform.
