I've got an almost new P3Pro and the remote doesn't want to charge. I'm getting lights moving when I plug in the charger but in a weird sort of pattern. See the video.
There's also a really faint beep every 5 or 6 seconds. Much quieter than the normal remote beep. Has anyone seen this before?
Yes the charger is pushed all the way in. Nothings getting warm and I've left it like this for hours at a time.
