Why did Phantom 2 fall out of the air using Ground Station?

I'm trying to figure out why my Phantom 2 dropped out of the air at while on a Ground Station flight.

It seems like the engines just fail. Yet, after the flight I verified that I still had battery -- the battery was showing 2 green bars.

Any ideas what happened here?
