Anyone ever heard of this:

Interesting approach. Instead of just disabling or destroying the drone, this tech can take temporary control of the drone and force a landing or RTH, etc.

I wonder how well it works?

There are several such systems now produced for Government/Military agencies. Never seen one up close and personal, but I have no doubt that advanced systems can detect, and either force down or take over control of a drone. Systems are now advertised as also being able to locate the operator in near or real time. If you fly near sensitive areas either thru ignorance (no excuse, they will say...) or just to see if they can, YouTube is full of them. Young Billy Bob would be very surprised to hear "place the transmitter on the ground , place your hands on the back of your head and walk back slowly"...
