White line on DJI Go 4 app

Hey guys,

What is the white horizonal line in the middle of the screen, with a dot on each end for in the DJI Go 4 app?

This is not mine, but I found the picture online.

If you are in tap to fly mode that line is there. If you ta below the line the P4P will descend. If you tap above the line the P4P will not descend.

So I had this line randomly appearing when NOT in Tapfly mode and couldn't figure it out either. And then it just as randomly went away and never came back... Not extraordinarily helpful I know, but there you have it.

yeah, I have this also at times, sometimes it has an "H' on the end of it only confusing me more. Any suggestions?...........

It's to help you find your way back home.

The H is the home point, line up the H with the middle dot, and it's coming straight towards (or away from?) you.

I thought it was really cool when it appeared on mine.

I noticed it one day while flying home.

I found that if the H was to the left of the centre dot, I needed to stick right until the H lined up with the centre dot and then it was heading straight towards me.

I thought it was quite intuitive.
