which led status to check

i am current ammature pilot of dji phantom 2. i purchased a used phantom 2 and today i connected my phantom 2 to assistance software to check which config. are made by previous user. so i came to know that previous user fly quad copter in naza m mode so i want to know that which led indicator status i have to check in manual i have to check phantom 2 indicators or naza m indicator please help me out guys

1. Turn on the Phantom and DON'T TOUCH IT for at least 20s to give the IMU time to correctly initialise.
2. Wait for the FIRST set of rapid green flashes 30s after power-up. The indicates that "course lock" orientation has been set.
3. Wait for a SECOND set of rapid green flashes, followed by a slow, steady, green flash. This indicates that GPS lock has been set.

It's now safe to take off.

as all know phantom 2 has foir led on it wings. today when i apply csc 2 lights turn red and another to were flashing red is okay???
