Where's the thread title displayed while reading a thread?

Silly question, but I don't see the title of a thread while reading in that thread. Am I missing something?

EDIT: The title seems to appear in this Off-Topic forum, but not the P4 forum.

Sometimes I have several different phantom pilots tabs open and it gets confusing if I don't know which thread is which.

I think the forum software "XenForo" is just buggy. It seems to change a lot and on their forum there are a lot of complaints. It must be cheap, I've never heard of it before.

I have noticed other times after clicking on many threads you have to mouse around a bit to get the title to come into view.
