When should I calibrate the gimbal / IMU?

Here are the usual times to do it:

• When you purchase a new Phantom
• After installing new firmware
• After a crash

I can also add to the above answer that you can calibrate IMU / gimbal when the horizons are very tilted or you experience many other issues, heavy drifting and so on.
