Wheel doesn't work on new transmitter.....

.....when I hit "Camera" in the DGI app. I still have camera tilt control on the screen, obviously, but I lose the ability to control it with the wheel. The tilt wheel works perfectly up until this moment.

What am I doing wrong?

Go back to Assistant and reinstall ALL of the firmware updates (Both RC and Phantom Assistants) --IN ORDER! When the little windows pop up telling you to cycle the power-- turn the battery off and back on BEFORE clicking OK. This brought my system (PV2+ Ver3) back to full operation including the wheel on the RC and within the app (Android and iOS).

You might just need to check the (gimbal) upgrade option in the assistant.
It won't be present if you have an older version though.
If in the basic mode as soon as the app connects it takes precedence.

Thanks as well....in addition to needing to follow the sticky, I was using an older assistant version that didn't have the "Advanced" transmitter option.

After struggling to get my upgraded RC to work for 5 weeks, I followed the procedure on the sticky and now it works!!! Thank you SO much for the information. I am excited to finally be able to enjoy the new pitch control wheel!
