Whats happening

Another newbie here, had my Phantom3 standard for about 3 weeks now and slowly getting the hang of it, something that is bugging me though is when i video, I have a live picture on my tablet while flying and can take pics fine but when i flick over to video my screen freezes and go's black and white, it still videos ok but just can't see what i'm videoing, if i go out of the Go dji app and back into it it's fine. Cheer for any help.

What kind of device are you using to run DJI GO?

I'm using a Samsung Galaxy tab 3 lite, my dad has the same prob and he is using a Samsung Galaxy tab 3.

After exiting the DJI GO app and going back in, will it freeze up again if you start recording video?

yes it does freeze again, still records but just can't see what i'm recording.

I fly using an Iphone 5S and i had a similar issue where it would appear i am losing signal when i switch to video mode. I solved it my disabling video cache under general settings.
