    I filmed this yesterday.

Up to the 4 second mark, and then from the 21 second mark, it flashes.
I'm wondering if it's AWB or some other setting.
    Your thoughts?

Straight off the SD card and then cut out as a 32s segment then saved, but the whole 11 minute segment has occasional patches of this, and at different angles from the sun.

Should I be downloading via the cable attached to the Phantom instead?

May be the White balance settings. Try it on another setting and see if it changes.

I think I will. Ideally I'll have to try and get similar conditions (sun, cloud etc). Maybe even take my laptop with me.

I've seen other videos doing this, usually seascapes - I can imagine this is a difficult type of scene to meter the exposure.
There are options to try changing like centre spot and frame average
I'd be more concerned about the gimbal tilt.

Yes, I've been meaning to open the back up and fix that.
