I use auto whit balance.
If you're worried about taking night shots you should raise your ISO
In low light conditions , it should be set to 400
If you're in daylight and you're video recording fast movement(exp: dirt bikes, skateboarding fast action) set it to 200
And in regular recording or pictures it should be set to 100
Normally when I record by just flying around or going up and taking pictures I leave it it in AUTO ISO cause it does a great job.
But when it comes to low light that's when I mess around with it.
