Depends on if you're Mac or PC.

I'm a Mac user and use iMovie, Final Cut Pro, and GoPro Studio, depending on what I need.

For the quickest edits, I use iMovie. It seems to handle the raw GoPro vids quite well.

IMovie works perfectly with the GoPro files...fast easy edits...built-in titling and transitions and a few export options...
I also have FCPX but for fast edits iMovie works great!
