That transmitter is called the DJI Ruling, and it was actually presented way back in April 2012 at NAB, alongside the then-new DJI S800. It basically disappeared since then. If you look around you can find many pictures and videos of it, and even a mention on DJI's Wiki.

I saw the engadget page that has a good description of the Ruling and great pics of it, but did you notice that there are differences in the one in the pic and the one at NAB? The one in the pic has toggle switches up top. You think they are still toying with the idea of bringing out a new version?
