What is this part called?

Hey guys,

I've recently crashed my Phantom and the gimbal fell apart. I was able to bring everything back together but there is a part that broke and I don't know its name in order to buy spare pieces. There was an extra one that came with the Phantom so I was able to take a picture of the part. There are 4 of these on the gimbal, holding the cushioning to the base support. If someone could tell me this part's name or where I can find it I would really appreciate it.

The quick start guide refers to one piece as the anti-drop cover and the other piece the anti-drop screw.
