What does this mean exactly?

    Got this message when was going back home myself around 30% battery. Landed ok. All is fine
    Propulsory output is limited?
    Plz explain what does that mean?

    Your Phantom will limit the throttle when the battery voltage is low. It does this to prevent the battery from reaching a point where it could shut off mid-flight.

    I happens the most to me when my battery is below 40c and flying in cold weather.
    Had 3 warnings in one flight yesretday
    If you scroll thru your flightlog.txt file in Msinger excellent flight log viewer you will see the cell voltages.
    You will see some amber and red readings.
