depends on the condition. Put up some photos. If the main gimbal board is ok it can be fixed.

Yes, it depends on your skill in fine mechanic.
Parts can be found for the mechanical repair but there could be some more internal damage that will be noticed only after you rebuild the gimbal / camera assembly.

You will a new Yaw Arm, a new Roll Arm and a new ribbon cable, that's the visible damage from your picture.
Sorry, just looked at the photo. It looks pretty repairable to me. Dronason is right about the parts needed. Two options. Try to fix it yourself. Parts cost to you from FStop about $70. Have a repair shop do it. Cost about $150 plus shipping. I PM you
