What app version shows 3 video choices?

Who gets 3 camera options with the Pv2+ camera, wide, medium, and narrow. I'm using version 1.0.43 and do not get the medium option, altho I'm sure that I used to get it. (Using an iphone for my video)
Also have a Samsung S3 that also gives me no medium option, this one is with the latest android app. I'm a noob, any advice appreciated.

I found this post...

same problem... V2+ V3... only 2 options (I think they are MEDIUM and NARROW, not wide). And other configuration other 1080.... any option.
