What all do I need for great video

I am wondering how I can improve my phantom 3 standards video without upgrading to professional or advanced. Do I need filters, yaw controllers, lens caps, lens hoods?

A filter set would be useful. The most important skill is probably just gaining enough experience to fly smoothly & an eye for framing you subject matter.

Is it worth it?
Compared to what I paid for McDonald's this morning, yes.

As you can see by my screen shot, it has a whole lot of information. 7 hours worth of lectures, videos, and what not.
This course is normally $100, so yeah, $10 is worth it.
