Well well.

So was the repair supposed to be to your quad, or did they send you back a reman'd unit?
Gerry 1 to Gator 1..... hhmmmmmm

Is the location of your returned unit even close to you or where you fly?

I can't help you with the original unit. Isn't there a serial number, on a tiny sticker underneath the battery compartment of your model?

When you received your original quad, is there any clue as to what the serial number was?

when you sent in your original quad, did you have to fill out a form and specify the serial number? Just trying to think of possible ways to identify yours.

I believe RHP is correct as to where the serial number can be found.

Good luck! Hope you find it!

It's a different unit. Anyway to obtain the serial numbers from these logs?

Most likely a refurbished aircraft.

If you upload the .txt flight log file that looks similar to this... DJIFlightRecord_2016-08-13_[19-02-21].txt
I can help give you some detailed info.

Have you looked under the drone, there are stickers the size of a thumb nail. If they weren't removed, your serial number should be included there.
In the Go app, under About, you can read the serial number of the RC. In the app battery section, the battery serial numbers can be read.

I looked on the units internal memory and found a host of DAT files collected in February 2016. Attached is the file. At
28.16019747, -80.66453906 it is a flight near Dumpwater, Florida.
