Crashed my P3P yesterday..........sucks..........broke the camera and gimble off..........its in 3 different pieces. If the drone powers up and the compass calibrates properly, AND it flies and operates like it should, can i just buy a new gimble and camera? Plug it in and mount it back on should it start working??? Or do you have to do any kind of reprogramming or firmware updates with a new gimble and camera?

Thanks

It's plug'n play unless there's a bad cable or board damage.

If you don't see damages / cuts on and around grey cables, you can easily replace Gimbal / cam with a new one in minutes. Also you can sell your broken parts. P3P Gimbal parts are in demand.

pgoodman, it would be easier for us to assist if you posted detailed photos of all of the damaged parts.

Do you plan to repair the current camera/gimbal...or replace it?

Btw, the aftermarket is full of replacement parts these days.
