Weird bobbing

When I was flying my phantom 3 standard it bobbed up and down in the air when it was close to the ground... it has not done that before. Just curious what it's doing. The winds were said to be 10 mph but I am guessing there were probably 15 mph gusts and 20 higher up. Why exactly is it bobbing

If it was close to the ground it was probably the air from the props pushing off the ground.

I lowered it to about 3 feet and then it went up and came back down again and repeated itself.

Not sure, does it hold it's position pretty good at 20ft ?

Yes it holds it very well

I don't know, I think its the wind blowing off the props and forcing it up. 3 ft is pretty low. Lots of power in those props. Sorry buddy, that's all I can come up with.

I think that may be what it is. If anything goes wrong or it gets worse I will look more into it, thanks.
