Weak image

I have problems with my ph4, at 5 or 10 meters i get weak signal. Sometimes after 10 minutes or flight.
I leave you an image that shows whats happens in the flight.
What could it be??? I flight with iPhone 6.

Have you tried John's recommendation?

If possible please mention any customized setting you might have done and results, as can help figure out potential ideas of solutions.

Of course craft always up and running and connected as many settings are stored in it.

Has anyone asked the question, how are you pointing your antenna?

Something has to be seriously wrong. Ribbon wire issue or transmitter issue, maybe rc issue. I'd send it in to dji. Maybe try flying in another area to rule out interference. I'm getting video transmission at 6000 ft, .4 meters is unacceptable under any circumstances.
