Waterproof Backpacks

I was just wondering if there were any decently good looking water PROOF (not resistant) backpacks on the market. I've currently looked at the ones linked below; however, they all seem very ugly and bulky. I would appreciate any ideas.

Waterproof or water resistance as both of those are water RESISTANCE!

Are you going to submerge the bag?

Try Lowepro/Deuter/Pelican/Storm and the likes. There is NO waterproof backpacks design for Phantoms as I know off. Pelican/Storm as some others are waterproof hard cases and it is possible to purchase third party harness for them but they would be uncomfortable on long hikes.
