Warranty proof

    I just purchased a P4 that was used. It was bought originally in June and was bought thru Amazon. What kind of proof do I need to show DJI for any warranty claim?

    And no I haven't wrecked it yet but I just want to be ready just in case.

    In my experience I have only been asked for the Amazon invoice number for other manufacturers.

    Is Amazon a DJI authorized reseller? Or are they just a fulfillment agent and the Amazon receipt has to refer to the actual retail supplier? It's an important thing to think about because some of the Amazon resellers that they fulfill drone orders for aren't DJI-authorized.

    Unless the Phantom was sold by DJI on Amazon, they are not going to be able to do anything with just the order number. It would be best to try to get the actual receipt from the seller.
