According to the Litchi manual your P3 will proceed in accordance with your finish action.
This is NOT entirely true.
I learnt from experience that ALL the mission finish actions failed to work in the absence of controller signal except RTH which is actually initiated by the P3 firmware.
Reverse even fails to work in the presence of controller signal.
When I contacted Litchi about it, this was their response.
"Hi,
Regarding reverse, this is the expected behavior. With reverse, the drone will stop and hover at last waypoint, and then you can reverse manually using joysticks or by setting a negative cruising speed, it will never reverse by itself."
