Walkera G-3D gimbal with iLook or GoPro on P2V+

Is anyone successfully using a third-party gimbal such as the Walkera along with an iLook or GoPro on the Phantom Plus?

I've been looking at the G-3d here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MygDVTD45IQ
and the new Dronexpert adapter coming out soon here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1y_aB4gylS8
However is there anything on the market that is available now and if there is, are there tutorials or other information available to install alternative hardware?

Id like to know the same, i reacently had an accident and everything works fine except for the 3 axis gimbal.... i have to fly with the clamp on... id like to replace my current cam and gymbal for a gopro and thirdparty gimbal because the replacement kit is too expensive.

did you find any answer regarding this?

I've been looking too but nothing available so far. It would be nice to have an alternative to the present flimsy gimbal but nope.
