Vision+ Utility Pro or FPV Booster for Vision+

finally got things together on my phantom v +
camera twitches when I turn on phantom... ?
video signal is not that great as it keeps going in and out ...
Any ideas?

Which is better?
Do either work ?
Any info on either app?

Re camera twitching when you power up, I just unboxed a new V+ today (2nd one I have owned, 1st one is in for repair and some mods) and noticed the camera was twitching
After I had updated the firmware and done an IMU calibration (using the DJI Phantom assistant software) it stopped the twitching.

As for video dropping in and out, try lowering the FPV resolution (on the DJI app under settings)

I do use Vision+ wifi booster, not really sure if it helps or not, one app the does seem to help with video/wifi when using my Galaxy Note 3 is a wifi prioritizer app, my note 3 kept trying to switch over to stronger strength wifi connections before (i think)
