I have a P2 and gopro H3 silver. When I launch the app I get Phantom connection broken. I have the gopro wifi off and still don't see the wifi network on my phone. I checked the connections and was very careful when handling all of the plugs. Could it be a conflict in the app version?

You are completely mistaken, the app only works with the phantom VISION, and phantom VISION plus. You have the phantom 2. Different animal altogether. Your phone will do you no good for fpv or anything else, you will need to read up a bit more about buying an fpv system. You dont need the phantom vision forum as said above but the phantom 2 NON vision forum page
