I like to show a video I created with my vision and editing with virtualdub.

http://youtu.be/X1kQ_W80YQo

Reason I post it, is to show the result with editing tools, you can download for free from internet.
A phantom 2 vision is not the best platform for video. Due to the missing gimbal.
With some tools, you can stabilize and remove the fish-eye effect from a video.

I used:
Virtualdub v1.10.4 (http://www.virtualdub.org/download.html)
Windows moviemaker (windows8)
VirtualdubFFMpegPlugin_0812_beta1
filter: deshaker 3.0 (Gunnar Thalin) (http://www.guthspot.se/video/deshaker.htm)
Music from the YouTube Library (https://www.youtube.com/audiolibrary)

In this particular video I didn't use the debarrel filter. Resulting in "waves" in the video.
I found an good filter voor virtual dub to remove the fish-eye effect/barrel:
barrel distortion: emiliano ferrari (http://emiliano.deepabyss.org/)
I use the following settings:
ALPHA: -0.20200
BETA: 0.03500
deselect: aspect-ratio

Instruction how to use the programs and filters, you can find on youtube.

This post is not for (semi-)professionals, but just for hobbyist like me.
Tips and comment welcome.

Heard today on the phone that publishing photo's/video's is not allowed unless you are trained/professional.
Personally i doubt our ministery of transport would really sue someone for this but go call them- it's what they really believe.
The law says otherwise though. We can publish whatever we want unless we get something in return from it.

This is for the Netherlands by the way.

Could not find anything about publishing photo's made by a rpas/uas.
Maybe the in the future? I read DARPAS (Dutch Association for Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems) will have a talk with the ministery about new regulations 23 May. Could be a protectional measure of the commercial business?

Training is not a problem. But if it cost over € 5000,- I'm out of hobby.
