vision chrager not functioning

So I bought the new vision and after charging my battery that costs 160$ it is still at two bars. I charged it for 24 hrs. So I go and order another one because am thinking its the battery. charge again and not even the led's are blinking to let me know the charge level. What do you guys think is the problem? The charger? I mean three's no other way to charge the battery lol..So frustrated having the vision in my hands and not being able to fly it. HELP PLEASE
