Just curious to know if the Vision Camera can be fixed on to a Vision+ with broken camera and gimbal.

Nope.... setup and software are entirely different... antenna locations... Wifi board locations... many different reasons why that ain't gonna work.

Removing WiFi radio and the WiFi antenna boards from the sides and replace with a Vision Camera (which has Wifi boards inside) would technically make it a Vision right? The software I believe is the same except for Camera which the software for camera is in the camera itself. NAZA, MC, 5.8GHz radio and the rest of the hardware is the same.

Looks like no difference except for Camera firmware so I guess should work fine as the camera software would be in the camera whether it is Vision (Camera) or Vision+ (Camera/Gimbal/Wi-Fi radio)

After opening up a Vision and Vision+ and do some testing, we can conclude that it is technically possible to convert a Vision+ to Vision or a Vision to a Vision+. What would hold you only would be the costs of doing them.

    Vision - Vision+ : Gimball w/ Camera ($699) + Wi-Fi Module ($189) + CablePack ($29) + Mounting Bracket ($15) which totals to $932.

    Vision+ - Vision : Vision Camera ($499) + CablePack ($9) + Mounting Bracket ($9) which totals to $517

It maybe worth to change a Vision+ to a Vision if your Vision+ camera and Gimbal is broken as the Vision camera is more robust and is not as vulnerable as the Vision+ Camera.
