Vision 2 Plus V3 Motor Question

    I had my first crash with my P2V Plus V3 last week (pilot error while flying waypoints for the first time). Everything came through mostly ok even though the camera and gimble became detached and landed about 20 feet from the quad. Only issue I have found so far is 1 set of motors were not spinning up correctly and one actually started smoking. Upon opening the shell I noticed a yellow motor wire that had gotten hot. My question is I have the V3 which has the upgraded motors but I don't believe the motors I ordered are the upgraded ones. How can I tell the difference and will they work?

    old motors have thinner wires inside the stator and thicker wires on the outside (red, yellow, black) - 18GA.
    the new motors have thicker wires inside the stator and thinner red, yellow and black wires - 20GA.

    so the new motors I ordered are the old style (18ga wire). will it be ok to have 2 ccw old and 2 cw new or should I replace all 4?

    all 4 have to be the same.
    do not mix motors. they are different kV
