I've had my Phantom Vision 2+ for about a week. The camera was working fine, but yesterday it stopped tilting. The DJI app shows a camera view, but when I try to tilt, the bar on the right side of the screen turns red - apparently indicating it has an error. It also won't tilt with the dial on the controller. I can record but not tilt. It is locked in the front facing 90 degree position.

Any ideas on why? I'm hoping I won't have to send it back for repairs already.

I've had issues with mine where the up and down are reversed on occasion.

My solution is to restart my phone and all is well.

With the Phantom off, make sure the gimbal tilts easily without any binding.
Check the grey cables that go into the top of the gimbal and make sure they are seated properly.

Got it working. The camera moves when initializing, so I knew it was functional. Though I have calibrated numerous times, I noticed when I set the X1 switch in reverse mode, it went from straight forward to straight down. After a few trials, it started moving when I calibrated X1 in the reverse position. Then I set it to normal and recalibrated again. Now it works as normal. Go figure. But I'm glad it's working.

Thanks for the tips.
