Flying to Vietnam beginning of May and I would like to take my P3S with me.
First of all I did register my drone in December but I did NOT choose the "I would like to take it out of US" registration so any1 knows if I should change my registration and how? Email/phone?
Second, I have read that I should get a permit either from the local authorities (police?) or Department of Defense (!!!)
I found an article about some1 getting arrested for flying without a permit but no useful link or anything.
