I have just test driven my third Vision Plus. The other two had control issues and I exchanged them. I want to be sure my new Vision is up to snuff as far as video quality. When the camera is in flight and pointed at my car I see fuzzy lines around the chrome molding. Is this normal?

That's fine, as good as they get.
There's several threads about getting the best from it but only so much you can do.

Welcome to the club! I'm on my third one also because the first two were defective. It is VERY difficult to judge quality on a video uploaded to YouTube. Their compression process adds so many artifacts it's not possible to say which is from the camera md which are from other sources. I didn't see anything unusual in your attached video. Hopefully you got a good one.
