video quality

crashed my veteran P4 and since then video quality has been poor - specifically blue sparkling in the dark places. worse in video than in the attached photo
can anyone suggest fixes? please and

I would say the sensor took a hit and now has hot pixels. Most likely from shock stress during impact.
