Video Quality Help

    Recently purchased phantom 3 standard, and have issue with video before and still even now after new update, have formatting sd card, changed video format, fps, and calling tech help. With out even having drone in the air and just have camera selected to video, the video pixilates, and is terrible. Anyone have any ideas?

    Thanks for the link, however I also own the phantom with FC 40 camera and have no issues with mobile deviceor viewing video on laptop. The video on the Standard is bad whether viewed on laptop or mobile device.

    Just to confirm, are you referring to the live FPV video in the DJI GO app or the recorded video?

    It is bad in both, just can't seem to figure out what is wrong.

    Will upload video tomorrow, I have deleted all the videos I've taken trying to figure out why they are so bad. Thank you in advance!

    Well finally found what the issue was, or at least now it's all good! Purchased a new secure digital card and formatted that and video quality is good. Guess the SD card that came with it was defective in some way, not sure how but for now video quality is good. Thank you for any help provided!
