I'm not a videographer or photographer. I bought a phantom 3 professional for basically a hobby. The problem I'm having is video settings. When I play a video from the sd card, the video is jump and not smooth I have to slow the play speed down to get any smoothness at all. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

What happens when you copy it to your computer and play it from there?

If it's 4k video, it's like that you need a faster computer. After converting the video down to its final format, you should see the choppiness go away.

You can use Windows Movie Maker if using Windows. Or, Adobe Premiere Pro if you want something more professional.

You computer is likely fine. It just doesnt have the CODECs it needs to properly and effenciently manage that type of file.

You can start with this. It should make viewing the files near flawless.

Once that is installed, open the videos with it, rather than Media Player.

Can you tell me how to convert it to its final format please.
You probably shoot in .mov format that is much larger than .mp4 thats why it is slow preview... you need to convert it in mp4 or next time you shoot set it in DJI GO app in menu - video - format instead mov check mp4 format and shoot...
