Video issue

    Hello I'm mark I've just purchased a phantom 2vision my problem is when I'm flying and takin videos and photos it's fine when I come to view them pics are perfect but videos show grey box with dji and I can't view them unless I put card into laptop but up to a few days ago I could view on my phone

    The Phantom needs to remain powered on for the videos to synchronize with your mobile device, so check after you land before you turn off the Phantom that all the videos have synched. Also, some mobile devices cannot support the synchronization of 1080i60 video files (per manual V1.1 page 58).
