Video is bright almost white

This happened once before. Maybe the next time I take it out it will be ok Has anyone else had this problem. Again video is real whitish on the iPhone

Hasn't happened to me but have you tried to view the same video on a different device? Are you talking about live feed or playback or both? Is a snapshot the same or different than the video? How about directly from the SD card to your computer? Last if not first, have you check the settings for the camera in the GO app?

Is there another iPhone, iPad, or other device you can try or another cable? Which iPhone are you using. Reboot the iPhone
