I haven't myself, my pot is coming in the post but I've seen enough people with gimbal control problems. You have to go through that procedure when changing pots or gimbal isn't moving properly. Yes especially applies if you have changed pots.

Thanks again Sir Mrc.. hope it will be solved soon.. I am worried calibrating on the RC software.. I usually calibrate on the phantom 2 software..

Don't worry about calibrating in RC software, it is no problem. Calibrate sticks and pot in RC software, then calibrate both again in phantom software. Only takes a few mins.
Remember when calibrating in RC software to have the remote connected to computer and when calibrating in phantom assistant to have the phantom connected to computer (remote turned on).

This is an excellent video. I Would like to do this mod, but wondering , is this compatible with the DJI Phantom Vision, Not the Vision +?
